Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up for resolution.
- Process customer requests for account changes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds.
- Stay informed about product updates, new features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
