Job Description
A Customer Care Advocate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and empathetic attitude, and the ability to quickly understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating as necessary
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Proactively seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
