Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at OrbitOfficials.
Available Positions: Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Sales/Retail Representative, Travel and Hotel Associate, Healthcare Specialist, Financial Associate, Telemarketer, Content Moderator.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Handle challenging customers with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to visit Ortigas for an in-person interview.
- Filipino Citizen; at least 18 years old; High School Graduate.
- Strong listening skills and basic English proficiency required.
Salary: Up to Php26,00/month with benefits.
