Job Description
We are currently looking for Customer Care Agents to join our team for the Credit and Collection Account department at Sapient Global Services – ALABANG. As a Customer Care Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with credit account management, and support collection efforts.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in customer care, credit management, or collections is advantageous.
