Job Description
- Employees in this level provide detailed and comprehensive support/expertise to a specific area of the business.
- Responsibilities include providing accurate information and resolution to clients primarily through written channels.
- Must use translation tools for French and/or Dutch chats.
- May handle English chats as needed.
- Identify relevant experts for client queries and manage client requests efficiently.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and follow mandatory processes to mitigate risks.
- Process customer orders, manage operations, and report deviations.
- Understand and align with company values and policies.
