Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
- Documenting and maintaining records of customer interactions
- Updating customer accounts and managing customer databases
If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping others, this role might be a perfect fit for you. Experience in a similar role or in the customer service industry is preferred.
