Job Description
Are you a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team. As the Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for effectively handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive resolution
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
To qualify for this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
