Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess at least 2-year course graduate of BS in Hospitality Management
- With at least 2 years of work experience in Hospitality or Customer Care industry
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications
- Candidates must have high attention to detail and high regard for quality
- Willing to be assigned in Scout Tobias, Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- COMPLAINTS HANDLING: Handles/Replies to messages received through various Customer Care channels
- ENCODING: Updates and files Customer Care-related data
- REPORT GENERATION: Consolidates and analyzes data for critical concerns monitoring
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
