Job Description
- Promptly handle customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or letter and provide immediate services in established procedures
- Manages all customer phone calls and informs on various available products and associate pricing in the same way
- Process sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, statement forms, and/or sales discounts
- Maintain an awareness of all product details, information, and promotions
- Maintain, update, and keep track of customer transactions and issues
- Conducts a full range of moderate to complex clerical tasks which includes document filing
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or any medical-related field
- At least 1 year experience in doing sales/telemarketing or as pharmacy assistant
- Exposure to handling medical or pharmaceutical products is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
