Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Care Assistant (Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive resolution
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
