Job Description
Responsible for prompt, accurate and effective handling of healthcare-related telephone inquiries and concerns.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDE:
- ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: College degree preferably in Nursing or any medical-related courses.
- WORK EXPERIENCED: With experience in the HMO setting.
- COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills
- Service orientation and relationship management skills
- Analytical skill
- Problem sensitivity
- Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
