Job Description

Responsible for prompt, accurate and effective handling of healthcare-related telephone inquiries and concerns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDE:

  • ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: College degree preferably in Nursing or any medical-related courses.
  • WORK EXPERIENCED: With experience in the HMO setting.
  • COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
    • Excellent listening and oral communication skills
    • Service orientation and relationship management skills
    • Analytical skill
    • Problem sensitivity
    • Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
