Job Description
We are seeking individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at SapientBPO in Ortigas Pasig. If you possess strong communication skills and a positive demeanor, this role is ideal for you!
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No prior BPO experience required
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude with customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Utilize various communication channels effectively
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to address inquiries
