Job Description

Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls according to procedure and Departmental standards.
- Assist patients with queries and concerns.
- Collect patients’ outstanding balances.
- Assist insurance and other third-party entities with patient account inquiries.
- Ensure HIPAA guidelines are respected.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience, 6 months in Healthcare.
- Preferably a College Graduate or 2 years in college.
- Amenable to working graveyard shift, willing to work onsite (Alabang, Muntinlupa).
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
