Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels
- Attract potential patients and schedule appointments/consultations
- Monitor and maintain patient appointment schedules
- Communicate effectively with clinic personnel and maintain patient information
- Establish good rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree preferred
- Sales and customer-service oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Facebook
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
