Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Experienced at de-escalation and conflict management
- Skilled at helping people efficiently / customer service.
- Skilled at managing customer records, which includes remembering the details of the interaction and any questions that require follow up.
- Proficient on software application (MS Excel, Open Office Spreadsheet, Salesforce).
- With good communication and interpersonal skills.
