Job Description
As a Customer Care Coordinator – Claims, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and facilitating the claims process. Your main duties include investigating claims, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key responsibilities also include documenting all interactions, collaborating with other departments to resolve complex cases, and maintaining accurate records of claims activities.
