Job Description

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator. As a Customer Care Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as a liaison between our company and our customers, managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
