Job Description
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably a Business Administration and Office Management degree course
- Willing to be assigned and relocate to different sites of Lynville
Job Summary:
- The position will be responsible for the repairs of all houses, move-in/turn-over procedures, monitoring temporary services such as water supply, and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned subdivision.
- Coordinate and monitor repairs by contractors, provide cost reports, and ensure the cleanliness of surrounding areas.
- Conduct move-in procedures with clients and maintain presentable units.
Job Type: Full-time
