Job Description
Canon is searching for a qualified Customer Care Process Lead to manage the daily operations of our Customer Service Representatives. This role requires a collaborative individual who can efficiently handle customer inquiries while ensuring a customer-focused approach and adhering to service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities of the team.
- Effectively identify and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
