Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Customer Care Professional to join our UK Servicing team at Amex. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our UK-based clients. Your main duties include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
