Job Description
South Imus Specialist Hospital is seeking a temporary Customer Care Reliever for a 3-month contract. Ideal candidates should have a degree in any four-year course and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience as a Customer Care Specialist for at least one year is preferred.
Key responsibilities include courteous communication with customers, investigating and referring issues, managing complaints, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong organizational skills and creativity to enhance customer service policies.
Work hours will be 8-hour shifts. Proficiency in English is preferred.
