Job Description

Non-negotiable: 2 years of experience in Order management and fulfillment, SAP

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 2 years experience in Customer Service and Order fulfillment processes
  • Experience using ERP / SAP Order Entry Systems or any equivalent platform
  • Experience using CRM systems preferably (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Knowledge and / experience in call handling
  • Experience in MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Can communicate in English language proficiently.
  • Good customer handling skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, team player
  • Can work in flexible hours
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
