We are looking for Customer Service Representatives:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- We accept Non-BPO / No BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are accepted here
- With BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
