Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at SapientBPO in Ortigas, Pasig.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience is welcome if you have excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints
- Communicate through various channels and know our products well
