Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team and handle inquiries related to our Solar Energy Account. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about solar energy products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Previous customer service experience and knowledge of solar energy are a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
