Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate transactions and/or orders.
- Records information accurately to make improvements to customers’ future shopping experience.
- Meets customers’ needs, solves problems independently, and recognizes when to escalate to a manager.
- Provides the customer with a smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.
Qualifications:
- With 1-2 years of professional experience in voice support in BPO/Shared Service/International industries.
- Preferably with experience in Salesforce.
- With excellent communication skills.
- CAN START ASAP.
- Engagement: Direct hire, for permanent.
- Work Schedule: Night Shift.
- Work Set-up: 100% onsite.
- Location: Ortigas, Pasig.

Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
