Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Care Specialist is a live agent or representative who receives inbound calls, responds to customer calls and email inquiries, and builds customer interest in the services and products offered by the Company. She makes outbound calls for follow-up on customer support or telemarketing purposes, following established standards for call management, accuracy, handling, and data encoding.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in San Juan City
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
- Morning and mid-shift hybrid work set-up
