Job Description
Primus@Knowledge Specialists, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, effectively managing customer concerns, and collaborating with various departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. Experience handling local accounts and a background in Logistics or Manufacturing are preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft O365 is essential.
This position is based in Carmona, Cavite, offering a salary range of Php26,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month for a 6-month contract.
