Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for clients regarding property transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and property management teams.
- Assist with documentation, contracts, and property handovers.
- Provide updates on property status and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Bulacan area.
