Job Description
Join NTT DATA as a Customer Care Voice Associate! In this role, you will assist members by answering inbound calls related to health insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim status. Support your team, handle escalated issues, and collaborate with clients and internal departments.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience and familiarity with healthcare insurance policies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential. Availability: Monday-Friday, 08:00 am – 08:00 pm EST; Saturday, 08:00 am – 12:00 pm EST.
