Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Champion for the Davao Territory. As a Customer Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Davao region.
Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to drive customer retention and loyalty.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
