Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via various channels.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Provide accurate information about company products or services.
- Communication: Engage with customers in a clear, friendly manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, Christmas gift, health insurance, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Flextime
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th month salary, bonuses, and more.
