JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and back office support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deliver top-tier customer support promptly and accurately through chat and email.
- Execute back-office tasks efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members for the best results.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, 1 year BPO experience, chat/email communication skills.
- Technical account experience, HTML/CSS knowledge, and English proficiency required.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and willing to work night shifts.
