Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Communication and Scheduling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer communication and scheduling to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and service calls
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in creating and updating customer communication materials
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role is preferred.
