Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Communications Coordinator – CRM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance our customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include creating and updating customer profiles, monitoring customer interactions, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving communication effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns, personalized promotions, and engaging content to foster customer engagement and loyalty.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in managing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and implementing communication strategies is highly desirable.
