Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Contact Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with their inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Processing customer orders and requests
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A friendly and empathetic attitude is also crucial to ensure positive customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software
