Job Description
Nestlé is on the lookout for an energetic and results-oriented Customer Development Manager to lead profitable growth for our essential distributor partners. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Field Sales Managers and distributor stakeholders to position Nestlé as the preferred business partner.
Your key responsibilities will encompass crafting a comprehensive business plan for customers, meeting targets and KPIs, enhancing the order-to-cash process, and providing training to distributor customers on Nestlé’s sales methodologies and operational standards.
