Job Description
Summary: The Customer Development Officer establishes rapport and product confidence with customers while maintaining good relationships.
Functions:
- Contact new customers and gather feedback through call sheets.
- Communicate the business brand and solicit customer opinions.
- Identify and communicate customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and services.
- Manage bookings and collections.
- Implement systematic selling and achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or undergraduate with sales experience.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Willing to undergo training.
