Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and customer support strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
