Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Officer. As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. You will also be responsible for documenting and escalating customer issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
