Job Description
Company: Probe CX
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a High School Graduate with at least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related industry. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions for account maintenance, payment schedules, and refunds.
Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and call center tools, ability to build rapport, and flexibility in working hours are essential. A customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills are a must.
Preferred: Experience in financial/collections accounts is advantageous.
