Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at Orbit Jobs Pro as Call Center Agents. List of vacant positions include Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Sales/Retail Representative, and more.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customers’ needs using scripts
- Maintain professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate solutions
Qualifications:
- Attend interview at Ortigas (Face to Face Interview only)
- Willing to work onsite
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above, at least High School Graduate
- Conversant in English
- Strong active listening skills
Nice to have (Optional):
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,892.00 per month
