Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Area Lead to join our team at Unilever. As the Customer Experience Area Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall customer experience journey, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance customer interactions, implementing training programs for customer-facing staff, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with departments to streamline the customer journey.
