Job Description
The Customer Experience Associate provides exceptional customer service and resolves inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and courteously
- Assist customers with product info, order inquiries, and troubleshooting
- Collect and document customer feedback for product and service improvements
Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate departments
Product/Service Knowledge
- Develop deep understanding of products and services
- Stay updated on features, promotions, and policies
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Provide input on customer preferences and market trends
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for customer service
- Uphold quality standards to exceed customer expectations
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in customer service, retail, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
