Job Description
As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
You will be responsible for resolving customer issues and providing accurate and timely information, ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborating with different departments, you will also track and escalate customer concerns, ensuring effective and prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
