Job Description
Description:
- Preparing and sorting data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for accuracy before inputting into the system
- Entering data from paper into computer systems
- Maintaining data systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Completing data backups and filing paperwork
- Checking work for errors and reporting to management
- Keeping records of data entry and database information
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with computer and software applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to work extended hours
Essential Functions:
1. Follow assigned tasks per Section Head’s instructions
2. Coordinate task-related queries with Section Head
3. Collaborate with colleagues within and across sections
4. Update and archive records including CMS records
5. Perform assigned job-related duties
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
