Job Description
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will assist deposit and loan clients with current and delinquent accounts (Normal Collections, 0–89 days past due). You will manage post-booking and after-sales matters, including product and account inquiries, insurance concerns, and document release, while complying with bank policies and required turnaround times. You will handle after-sales inquiries via the 24/7 Customer Experience Group (CXG) hotline at (02) 845-88. This full-time, on-site role requires timely, policy-compliant service focused on maintaining client satisfaction and protecting the bank’s operational standards.
