Job Description
Position Overview: The Customer Experience Coordinator is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction at Mama Lou’s Group Holdings Inc. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting feedback surveys, and managing social media engagement.
Qualifications: 6 months of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in the food industry.
Work Schedule: 2 days onsite in Alabang, 3 days remote; shifts change every 2 weeks.
