Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial plans, including Profit & Loss, for client programs.
  • Lead Operations Managers to achieve program KPI and revenue goals.
  • Implement performance strategies in alignment with company vision.
  • Manage hiring and staff processes to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate strategy to the management team and drive continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • 5 years of Operational Management experience in large call centers, preferably in BPO.
  • Experience in handling technical programs and financial management.
  • Previous client management experience in BPO is desired.
