Job Description
Probe CX seeks a Customer Experience Executive to manage inbound calls and emails, assess customer needs, deliver clear solutions, and document interactions in accordance with SOPs. The role requires maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality standards while reporting to a manager or team leader and performing assigned duties.
- Requirements: excellent spoken and written English; phone and email support experience preferred; bachelor’s degree desirable; familiarity with Google Workspace a plus.
- Skills: strong communication and data-entry accuracy, prioritization, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams, adaptability to process changes, and resilience under pressure.
